Kona tops JD Power Tech Study

Hyundai’s Kona crossover took the top spot in segment in the latest J.D. Power Tech Experience study.

The J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study has awarded the Hyundai Kona with the highest in overall satisfaction for new-vehicle technology in the small segment.

The study measures owners’ experience, usage and interaction with driver-centric vehicle technology. Kona topped the small segment in technology categories such as entertainment and connectivity, driving assistance, collision protection and smartphone mirroring.

The award-winning Hyundai Kona comes with standard equipment that includes a seven-inch LCD touchscreen with rearview camera, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and LED Daytime Running Lights.

A suite of advanced safety features is also available includes: Rearview camera with Dynamic Guidance (standard); Vehicle Stability Management system (standard) and Hill Start Assist Control (standard).

The premium infotainment system offers various advanced connectivity features, including optional SiriusXM Radio, HD Radio and next-generation Blue Link LTE-powered connectivity.
